Sometimes as the saying goes, Less is more. In a busy world, were everything seems or is in fact fast paced, does the eye not take solace in such an uncomplicated view? The mind can fill in what the eye cannot see. The imagination can drift away, to places far beyond, soft clouds, three seagulls and shimmering on the horizon. Indeed, the mysteries of the Sea are countless. Is it any wonder what keeps bringing many a folk to gaze and meditate by the Sea.
The painting is represented as best as possible, however there are highlights that are just not possible for me to capture on digital camera...for example there is a barely visible yellow buoy on the painting, which is not represented!
