We are pleased to launch our first newsletter to expand our communication channels. This is, as many other things nowadays, a 'beta' version as we grow in the number of subscribers.

Southwark Fireworks Night 2017

Southwark Council annual fireworks extravaganza, now in its 14th year, will be back once again on Sunday 5 November  207 in Southwark Park for another explosive evening of light, sound and family entertainment. The event, named by visitlondon.com as one of the best displays in the capital, is one of the few free for residents displays taking place in London on the night itself.

Anyone planning to attend the fireworks event should ensure they get their tickets in advance.

Cycle Superhighway Route 4 Consultation

Transport for London  wants your views on proposals to transform roads in Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Deptford and Greenwich to make cycling and walking easier, safer and more appealing.

Cycle Superhighway 4 (CS4) would provide a continuous segregated cycle route between Tower Bridge and Greenwich, along with new pedestrian crossings, improved public spaces and a host of other improvements.
