December is an exciting month here at the library. Polar Express, Reindeer Games, Gingerbread Houses, Book Club, and a Children's Winter Reading Challenge.
Winter Reading Challenge
Children in grades kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to join our Winter Reading Program. Stop in the library and we will give you a game board to help you play
Readopoly. The challenge begins December 18th and ends February 17th. Stay tuned for information on the Adult Reading Challenge coming in January!
Don your pjs and join us for this very special story time on November 31st & Dec 1st. There are still a few tickets left. Tickets are free but seating is limited. Call the children's department at (330) 683-1065 for current availability.
Reindeer Games
Reindeer Games celebrates Santa's best helpers on December 5th. Join the waitlist for this popular storytime by calling the children's department at (330) 683-1065.
Adult Coloring Night
Take a break from all the holiday stress and relax with Adult Coloring Class. Pictures and coloring utensils will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own on Thurs, Dec 7th at 6pm. Call (330) 683-1065 to register.
Gingerbread Houses
Children in grades K – 4 are invited to join us to make Gingerbread Houses on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. Registration is Required.
Book Club
The Book Club's December selection is "Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker" by Jennifer Chiaverini. The group will meet for discussion at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19.
Through Dec 9th library patrons can bring non-perishable, non-expired food items to the circulation desk and receive a $.50 credit for each item towards overdue fines.
