We invite everyone to join us for an engaging day focused on Huntington’s disease. Learn about the latest research on the disease, mood and memory issues, nutrition, advocacy and more from our expert speakers and interact with other patients, loved ones and caregivers.  
 
Care for attendees’ loved ones will be provided during the symposium. The event is free, but we ask that everyone registers by this Monday (Nov. 6) by calling 502-582-7654 so that meals and caregiving can be accommodated.
