We are back from our amazing trip and so excited for the next two months in store!

Tatum and her team from Team Canada made it all the way to the finals in Denmark and our entire trip was a lifetime experience!

This weekend, we are moving into the world of Winter Whites as we serve up the 2015 Noble Ridge Pinot Grigio today from 3-6pm, their beautiful Reserve Chardonnay their delicious Mingle, which if anyone loves the aroma and flavours of grapefruit in their wine, this is a wine you must try.
Don will also be pouring the best vintage I have ever tasted for red wine in BC with his Reserve Meritage - I can't wait to try this one!

Tomorrow we are exciting to be pouring a winery that is often forgotten - St Hubertus Winery. Pouring their brand new vintage Pinot Blanc with one of the oldest Pinot Blanc vines in the Province this is sure to please!
We are excited to release their brand new vintage Riesling which I am tasting as I write this newsletter and it is unbelievably delicious!
Follow that up with the only winery to bring their heritage with a Swiss grape varietal, Chasselas...and a beautiful Gamay Noir and 2011 Meritage which was a picture perfect Merlot vintage!
Come out of the cold and warm yourself up with these great wines tonight and tomorrow!

Cheers.

BEST SELLER~STAFF FAVOURITE~ORGANIC
This white blend exhibits rich Okanagan orchard fruit notes on the palate. Peach, Pear, and Apricot are complimented by tropical hints of lychee and floral aromas with a crisp and clean finish. A blend of Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris.

Noble Ridge 2015 Pinot Grigio
$20.99+taxes

PERFECT WINTER WHITE

Tantalizing aromas of grilled peach and fresh citrus fruit are complimented by a subtle minerality. Kissed with oak, this Pinot Grigio presents a rich mouth-feel with great depth and complexity. A harmonious combination of Okanagan orchard fruit and refreshing grapefruit notes grace the palate, elegantly lingering. The finish is crisp, clean and invigorating.
Pair this delicious white with white fish, antipasti, crisp summer salads, fresh ceviche. A new Sardis Park Staff favourite! A lovely drier style Pinot Grigio with an amazing richness.
All Okanagan Falls fruit pumps up the complexity and acid in the handpicked fruit at Noble Ridge. Expect an enticing nose of lightly smoked peach and a touch of citrus lees. Some two percent of the wine is aged in oak, adding a delicious complexity and harmony to the mid-palate before a subdued but complex orchard fruit coats the back end of this wine. Dry, fresh and eminently drinkable, this is one of the better 2015 Pinot Gris I have tasted from BC. (Can we taste the 2016 please?) Shellfish, white fish, chicken - they all work here. Well done.” 89 pts- Anthony Gismondi, Gismondi on Wine

  St. Hubertus 2015 Pinot Blanc
$19.99+taxes

BEST SELLER~NEW VINTAGE RELEASE
This wine is just made for the West Coast! Have it on the beach with a pot full of steaming crab, some salmon on a cedar plank, or in the mountains with some sausage, hard goat cheese and farmers bread. Pinot Blanc is a great wine with ripe apple, pear, and peach aromas.

“Pinot blanc doesn’t get a lot of love in BC, but it's because it often lacks definition (electricity), ending up flat and buttery. In this case the Swiss precision of the Gebert family brings this pinot blanc to life with freshness, offering a mix of green apples and lemons with a squeeze of peach juice. Toss in some local terroir sagebrush and you have a winner for the price. Try this with fresh halibut.”- 88 PTS. Anthony Gismondi, Gismondi on Wine April 05, 2017
