Story of Providence Italy
Prior to Brekeke PBX, Providence Italy had four different PBX products to take care their communication needs. They also had SIP phones/devices from six different manufacturers. In addition, they needed to migrate their system to the cloud.

Brekeke products are known for their high interoperability rate with any SIP devices and services in the market. Our products not only follow the standard-SIPprotocol, but also are designed to absorb and manipulate many non-standard or irregular communications sent from third-party products/services.
As a result, Providence Italy was able to keep all SIP phones and devices they had been using with other manufacturers’ PBX after they migrated the system to Brekeke PBX.
But this type of success cannot be achieved without a good partnership! Gruppo Biesse, our distribution partner in Italy, had developed a solution that works with Brekeke PBX and created a complete solution for Providence Italy. Gruppo Biesse offered their operator console system with Brekeke PBX to provide remote guest support at the Rome office from Providence’s headquarters, located in Milan. As they needed an e-fax system, they had developed a fax system that works with Brekeke PBX.
