Tattoo Stories

Tattoos tell people’s stories of love and loss, celebration and change. Explore personal transformation in this exhibit with photos and narratives about community members’ tattoos and the journeys they signify. Then, share your own story of personal transformation.

Operation Owl Pellet

Using special tools, participants will discover just what is inside an owl pellet. Learn about the forest’s ecosystem and identify animal bones with this fun activity. Appropriate for grades K-6 with some adult assistance.  While supplies last.

Food and Shelter

Do you know how many people were living without access to permanent housing in the Flathead Valley in January 2017? Find out as we build a miniature house village to represent all those without shelter in our valley. Come paint a house or donate food for the Flathead Food Bank. What can you do to help our local people in need?
