How to Clean a Grand Action

Not much news this month, but here is a new video with tips on cleaning a grand piano action. Some things may seem too simple to mention, like “how to remove, and how to tighten screws”, but attention to some of these seemingly insignificant details can save a lot of grief in the long run. Check it out.
Tips for Cleaning a Grand Action

On March 1-3, Vince Mrykalo and I will be teaching a voicing class at the PTG Home Office in Kansas City. This is a two and a half day seminar that will take you through many of the chapters of our new book on tone building, and include lots of one-on-one tutoring. Each participant will have their own piano to voice. Only 9 people can enroll. If you are interested, please contact the PTG home office to sign up. I’m not sure of the cost yet, but will post all the details next month.
