Now 80% done with our itinerary.

We're grateful to say that since our last update, we've had safe travels and good meetings. We recently finished our 28th meeting (7 more to go), our 7th missions conference, and by my best accounting, 73rd time speaking since we began in May.
 

Teaching Online

Generally furlough means that missionaries temporarily step away from their ministries, just by virtue of geography. But one surprise has been that we can continue a major part of our work, anywhere in the world. I have continued to administrate our online seminary classes, meeting for two hours every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I'm extremely grateful for each of the professors who have donated their time to teach these classes. You can watch several of the recent lectures below.

Returning in January

And that brings us back to our return. We’ll return to the Philippines on January 30 and jump back into teaching right away. We’ve loved the opportunity to see friends and family. We’ve been encouraged to see God’s work prospering and going forward here in the US. And yet we want to be back in the Philippines where God has called us and where we are grateful to serve.

But that's not our biggest news of all. We look forward to a change in our missionary team. Here’s the announcement.
