Warwickshire Branch AGM and Autumn Meeting

On Saturday 4th November from 2pm, you are invited to our Branch AGM at Bourton, Draycote and Frankton Village Hall, Frankton Road, Bourton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire, CV23 9QT.

Our short AGM will be followed by a talk by Jenny Joy, Senior Regional Officer for Butterfly Conservation on 'Why working closely with the Forestry Commission matters'.

The afternoon is a great opportunity to discover more about Warwickshire's butterflies and moths, find out how they have fared this year and learn more about the work of your local branch of Butterfly Conservation. This event is also an opportunity to meet like-minded people and have a chat with old and new faces. Everyone is welcome attend.

Tea and Cake will as always will be available. Donations of raffle prizes are welcome.

Please arrive in plenty of time for a prompt start at 2pm.

Help raise money to help save butterflies and moths in Warwickshire every time you shop online via the easyfundraising.

If you would like to help support the branch, please visit www.easyfundraising.org.uk, set up an account and search for the cause “Butterfly Conservation Warwickshire”. It doesn’t cost you anything, however every time you shop online with one of their 3,150 partner shops including Amazon, Tesco’s and John Lewis, Easyfundraising will make a small donation to the branch and they quickly add up, especially over the Christmas period. All donations, however small, are very gratefully received.

A new web site for 2018

Now the 2017 butterfly season is coming to an end and the nights are drawing in, work has resumed on the development of a new mobile friendly web site for the Warwickshire branch and it is hoped that we will finally be able to launch the new site in time for the 2018 butterfly season early next year.

Your Support

Without your continued support, as a member or volunteer, your local branch of Butterfly Conservation could not achieve some of the fantastic work to save and protect butterflies, moths and their habitats in Warwickshire.
