Join us on Thursday November 9th for a special presentation to the Santa Rosa IONS (Institute of Noetic Sciences) Community Group. IONS was founded by astronaut Edgar Mitchell in 1973, and is dedicated to creating a shift in consciousness worldwide. Sounds like a good match! On December 9th, we'll be returning to Sacramento for a free intro to YBNL at John's house (search for John's Flowers on google maps). The presentation will last from 1-3pm, followed by snacks and private training for those interested. Please rsvp to tita@yourbodyneverlies.org as there is limited seating.

YBNL is a program for personal growth that teaches the body how to let old issues go. As this repeated experience of relief becomes familiar, our body will realize that it didn't need to hold on in first place. Through attentiveness and experience, participants discover how to cease holding on to events and issues, allowing them to more fully Be Here Now.
