And just like that 2017 is done! From everyone at TCON we'd like to thank all of our supporters, clients, trades and suppliers. It's been another super busy and successful year and I'm sure I'm not alone when I say the holiday break can't start soon enough.

We are still busy today until the clock ticks over to 4pm and then the holidays officially begin as we have clients to get in before Christmas and important milestones on all our jobs. The boys are working hard today and will be knocking off this afternoon to head home to their loved ones and enjoy a break.
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, we will be closed for the break between the 23rd of December and the 8th of January, 2018
Current Project Status 

Camberwell is complete! The rear landscaping is done and the pool is officially in operation for the festive season.

Ivanhoe is being handed over today, just in time for Christmas and the clients can't wait to host their parties!

Northcote will be getting painted over the break as the fix out is complete and a few finishing touches to be done early in the new year. 

Surrey Hills is locked up for Christmas, with rough in started and plaster going in early January.

St Kilda is complete! Handover happened late November and the clients are delighted.

Reservoir is coming along with the exterior cladding, decks and bathrooms all progressing nicely, joinery is in and a few final fit off items for early January with handover imminent.

Thornbury has come a long way in recent months, lockup is complete and we are happy with the progress.

Overview - Built in 1927, this stunning California Bungalow is full of it's original features, 3 metre high ceilings, original windows, flooring, walls, doors and everything else. The client has decided to restore this timber home to all its glory and extend with a modern, architectural open plan living area. We will build a second storey above the extension with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a retreat upstairs which will seperate the original classic weatherboard and create a perfect contrast between Architectural and Heritage.
Overview - Built in 1913, this stunning tuck pointed brick Federation home has all the original features including slate tiles and is a standout in the suburb. Home to three continuous generations before our clients moved in, the house has been maintained with love. Our task at hand is to extend into the spacious backyard to create a new kitchen, open plan living, study and laundry. We will then push above the 3.3 metre high ceilings downstairs and carefully add two large bedrooms and a bathroom and make this home big enough for the growing family. 
Overview - Knock down and rebuild of a classic Victorian weatherboard home in Northcote. The client wants to keep the original design of their home, but the cost to re-engineer it for a second storey on a highly reactive site was going to be tough and expensive. They elected to knock it down and this way can have a custom made family home and their own block of land.
Overview - Our St Kilda project is going to be a beauty with this original 1920s brick federation home which is about to get a nice face lift and rear modern extension. Originally this home started out a tired and worn out 3 bedroom with too many walls separating any connection between one another. The new home will still be a 3 bedroom, but with a large 17x5 metre (85m2) open plan dining, kitchen and living area that will comprise of nice 3.6 metre high raked ceilings with 3 large skylights to maximise the natural light into this modern extension.
Overview - A job that has been stuck in Town Planning for over 3 years, we will finally be able to revive this triple storey townhouse and extend the top two balconies. With a new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and outdoor entertaining areas to come too!
Overview - Working in collaboration with Cubo Group, we have been contracted to frame up, lock up and fix out 22 stunning townhouses in Thornbury. Designed by Miceli Oldfield Sinton Architects, these triple storey beauties will be sold quickly.
