Firefighter Cancer Initiative

Personal Exposure Reporter Update
Sample screen shot of the Personal Exposure Reporter
The Firefighter Cancer Initiative (FCI) team is excited to share that the Personal Exposure Reporting (PER) application will be available to Florida fire departments next month. The PER app will be available to Florida firefighters at no cost and will allow them to maintain a digital record of on-the-job exposures. The information entered will assist with supplementing firefighter's personal health records and will also provide researchers additional data to better understand cancer risk factors related to firefighting. The official link and instructional video will be shared soon!
