Movement - Mobility - BodyWeight

Focus: Encompassing a complete join-by-joint prep, then some full body movements. And some release work for the middle & upper back.

You are invited to join the "M-M-B" sessions here at X-FIT.
There will be a session taking place 1-2 times each month on Saturdays, at 3:30pm.
(Stay tuned for the exact dates for each month)
The session will last at 60-90minutes.
It is offered at no charge.
Gus Abidi leads the session, he is skilled & experienced in body movement methods.
The sessions will consist of a mixture of information plus many exercises.
Utilizing isolated moves, as well as bands to accentuate stretches.
Using foam rolls & mini-balls to help release tight areas.
Exploring a wide variety of whole body exercises that encourage the body to work in a coordinated & integrated way, it's a wonderful compliment to your fitness routine.
Everyone is learning about these methods & seeing the benefit it has on their body.
