Get your body composition measured for FREE!
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
You’ll get a whole body scan using the Physique and Fuel Centre’s DXA machine at the Australian Institute of Sport. This body composition assessment normally costs $100+ but we’re offering it to you FREE of charge! You will find out: How much of your total mass is muscle and fat, as well as a regional breakdown (arms, legs, trunk) Any difference between the left and right sides of your body
WHAT DO WE WANT TO KNOW?
Although the DXA machine provides detailed information about body composition, we are investigating its reliability. Our studies so far have found that food and fluid can affect results. Now we want to know if exercise affects its reliability in similar ways.
