The 2017 book selections are announced, and we couldn't be more excited! This is going to be a adventurous and tasty year for the Cookbook Club with Meet & Eats featuring the cuisines of Cuba, France, Persia, Pakistan, China, and Macau. We'll also enjoy recipes from a local southern chef and a southern U.S. India-influenced one and enjoy gluten free and vegetarian nights. Check out the full lineup below.
What is Cookbook Club? Membership in the club is free, and we “Meet & Eat” the first Wednesday of the month. Every member brings a dish prepared from the featured cookbook and we all gather to discuss the book, the food and whatever else comes to mind! Benefits include a 20% discount off cookbook club selections and a giveaway at each meeting.

This Buddha Bowl recipe is compliments of Anna Jones, the author of A Modern Way to Cook, the book featured at our February Meet & Eat. Everyone was excited to be back together at World Spice, and the food was fabulous as always. We've already shared Saffron Apricots which was a favorite of the night, but the author also gave us permission to share this Buddha Bowl recipe, and we can't wait to try it.
