Dear Friends,

The one thing that seems to be coming up over and over again as I contemplate the frequency of our planet is a call to heal our hearts. In this time of seemingly challenging polarities we are bring dragged down by exhausting frustration and anger. A much lower frequency that over time if not addressed will create discord and imbalance in our structural body system – in our minds – and especially within our spirits. It fragments our wholeness.

So to celebrate you and your beautiful spirits I am re-introducing the meditations that I have created the previous two years on Valentines Day. Just click the buttons to below to listen online. And to celebrate today, I am also giving you dear hearts a written meditation that you can print or screenshot to do any where – any time.
 
Heart Centering Meditation

Happy Valentines Day my loves – clear you heart energy so you can move ahead and get into your creative self to expand and live with a joyful heart. Remember that you are a magnetic attraction to however and whatever you are holding within your heart.
 

10 minutes and 5 steps to clear your heart energy 

1. Start with breathing in through your mouth slowly with 8 counts and out through the nose 8 counts. (If you need to set a timer on your phone – do so for 10 minutes and then you wont be tempted to keep looking at your phone for the time).
 
2. Place your left hand on your heart and right hand on top of your left hand and continuing to breathe in and out with eyes closed.
 
3. Allow your attention - as you are breathing in and out - to become focused on your heart and visualize your heart being a container of golden light. When you feel calm – allow your breathing to come back to its natural state. (Knowing that you are sitting for no more than 10 minutes you do not need to rush this time you are making contact with your heart center to your to do list).
 
4. Breathing and focusing on your heart filled with light – gently tapping your heart if your thoughts stray, back to the task at hand, visualizing your heart filled with light. Be present to your needs and bring love to your spirit.
 
5. When you hear the timer go off – slowly open your eyes and allow this calm centered place be your beginning point for your day. You have made connection to your heart and cleared space for a joyous start to the beautiful new day the universe has brought to you.
