The results are in and a winner has been selected!
Last year we sent out a customer satisfaction survey to find out just how satisfied our customers actually were with the range of products and services on offer at Direct Source.
The response from our survey was extremely positive and in the majority of cases customers were either satisfied or very satisfied with the customer service that they have received.
This was also reflected in the feedback for product quality and overall customers felt that the products were of a high quality and there was a good selection on offer.

Prize Draw Winner
As part of our Customer Satisfaction Survey, recipients were offered the chance to enter into our prize draw to win £20 worth of high street vouchers and we can confirm that a winner was selected at random and their prize is on it's way.
