Special announcement from our President!

We have our first match of 2017! The challenge is this: Match $10,000 in 10 days! Today through March 7, gifts to the building fund will be matched up to the $10,000, providing us with $20,000. This gift has come at a great time for us. It is going to give us the ability to get started on the next building which will include two 2-bedroom apartments for our missionaries who are on their way.

The School has grown! Four areas have topped out, providing a large roof for the solar panels. Fifteen classrooms are up and another nine rooms provide restrooms, offices, storage and more.

The Multi-use building is really taking shape. The two-story building in the photo will soon be the new school kitchen and recreation rooms. The footers are in and ready for the large steel structure to go up which will feature a grass roof! This will provide a lunch room, basketball court and event area.

Off the grid living! On the Freedom campus, we have three stand-alone solar-powered systems: a shop and watchman's house, the school, and our apartment building which is equipped with a water filtering system supplying clean drinking water for everyone!

And, perhaps, the most exciting thing to happen, the Freedom Team has grown! Already this year our full-time team has grown to EIGHT families and THREE single young ladies! The Suon family arrived last month. Heather Petty and Abby Cabello were year-long interns who have decided to stay on full-time. And two more families are joining us later this year: The Salsbery and Greeson families.
