Girl Scout S'mores Update
S’mores have been so successful that consumer demand has overwhelmed ABC Baker’s supply! All this means is that ABC has removed them from COCOdirect so that they can ensure councils get cookies first for girls to sell while they bake more.
S’mores will still be available to order from all council cupboards, and we will be able to place additional orders with ABC Bakers in the event our supply runs low.

Booth Sales Start on February 10!
As booth sales get going on February 10, be sure to check out our contests & promotions! From earning a cool patch by blinging your booth, to offering awesome contests like Buy 5 and Win and the Mix It Up baking contest to your customers, there are tons of ways to make your booth sales even better! Find more information in our Contests & Promotions Guide.
Haven’t chosen any booth sale timeslots yet, or interested in adding a few more? Be sure to check in Snap+ for booths available through the First-Come, First-Serve (FCFS) process. We have opened up new FCFS opportunities in Snap+ so you can sign up for even more!

Resupply Your Cookies at Cupboards Starting February 14
Starting next week, you’ll be able to restock your cookie inventory at Cookie Cupboards across the council! Remember you must enter in a Planned Order in Snap+ in order to pick up cookies at a cupboard.
NEW THIS YEAR: We want to support you on the weekends when you may be submitting Planned Orders for more cookies! Customer Care representatives available from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday nights, answering phone calls to help you with those orders through the month of February. You can reach our Customer Care team at 800-342-8389!

Tracking Cookies and Money
As the girls receive cookies and begin to collect money for them, we want to make sure you have the tools you need to keep track of your troop inventory, booth sales, and the money coming in from families. These worksheets/spreadsheets will help you stay organized, making Cookie Program wrap-up a breeze!

- February 16-17: Volunteer Cupboards, Cookie Jars, and Rolling Cupboards open for Planned Order pick-up & exchanges. Times vary.
- February 19: Planned Orders due at 11:59 p.m. in Snap+ for Volunteer Cupboards, Cookie Jars and Rolling Cupboards.
- February 20, 21, 22: Planned Orders due at noon in Snap+ for pick up on February 14 at Super Cupboards.
- February 21, 22, 23: Super Cupboards open for Planned Order pick-up & exchanges from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

- February 23: Troop Product Managers (TPMs) receive email with the amount to be auto-withdrawn on March 2.
- February 24: Payment Adjustment Forms (if necessary) due by 5:00 p.m.
- February 24-26: National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend!
