John Hoeven (R-N.D.)'s health policy adviser. Now Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America's director of federal advocacy, Shannon Stehouwer had worked on the Hill since 2010, when she joined former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.). The trade group, which spent millions on lobbying last year, announced other changes to its advocacy team last week, according to an industry publication.
