Celebrating Success

A huge thank you to business services staff who are incorporating TalentNEO information into their discussions with companies. Because of your efforts, and the efforts of the rest of the TalentNEO network, we are beginning to see companies start to interview jobseekers based on skill scores!

TalentNEO partner employer, Jenny Stupica of SSP Fittings, recently shared, “I’ve been reviewing resumes, including resumes of those with matching WorkKeys skills scores, for a number of positions and saved a considerable amount of time in identifying candidates. I don’t have to guess what skills candidates have when I am reviewing candidates with WorkKeys scores.” This creates a win-win – increasing the efficiency in your process while simultaneously identifying candidates with the right skills for your open positions! SGS, a precision tool manufacturer in Munroe Falls, has seen the value too. They have not only started to interview using WorkKeys scores, but have made an offer to a skill scores candidate.

Companies have also been sharing the benefits of TalentNEO and WorkKeys with the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation and they are listening. In their most recent report to the governor, the Office recommended using WorkKeys at OMJ centers across the state as a tool to better align jobseekers and companies.

Manufacturing Training Opportunities

Two partner manufacturing training programs utilizing WorkKeys are enrolling students now! Each program offers an opportunity for students to earn a credential and a pathway to a mid-skill job. For more information click on the title of the program
