The Year Of The Grass
We had a fabulous start to 2017 by ringing in the New Year with Cubensis at the Golden Sails in Long Beach. The energy in the room was so powerful and special, we had a fantastic time. We have great photo's from our good friends Dave Thomas (that's his shot above) and Rich Saputo, we had Tibor Grunsfeld film it (he did an amazing job with multiple cameras, and most of the videos are posted), and taper extraordinaire "Wharfrat" Joe Logrippo captured the sound.
We then traveled down to Oceanside to play at Larry's Beach Club. The locals started texting all their friends until we had an great crowd bursting with excitement. That show had lots of new fans raving about us and promising to return with more friends when we return in March.
In other news, the final vocal tracks for the new album are done and we now move on to the final mixing. We're not exactly sure about a release date, but we plan to have a kickstarter which we'll inform you about when it gets started. We're also going to use our March 25th show with WTFB for a band shot with the audience to use inside the album. More info about it in the coming weeks!!
