What's happening at Foundations in February?
- For starters, our Father/ Daughter Mother/Son Valentine's Dance is on Tuesday, February 7th! Volunteers from Urban Hope are coming to help us provide the families with a fun and meaningful family event where we will hear a brief devotion from Pastor Alton Hardy!
- On February 21st, our board member Grace Ann Cooper will be speaking to the families on the topic of "Grace-Based Parenting"!
- In honor of Black History Month, we are having a Black History Celebration on the morning of February 24th, in which our students are dressing up as an influential African-American public figure and each reciting a quote from that person.

What happened in January?
- We went to the circus for The Ringling Bros. final performance in Birmingham! The children were enthralled by the lions, tigers, motorcycles and gymnasts, they were so sad to leave!!
- 100th Day of School - the kids and teachers dressed up as 100 year olds!

Pray for us:
- Please pray for our staff: for God to instill them with the fruits of His Spirit and with humility so that they can serve our families well!
- Pray for our families: for their spiritual, physical, and mental strength!
- Pray for the Lord to bless Foundations and to keep us teachable and always open to His will!
