Dear Friends of Camp Earth Connection,

I hope everyone is reaching out and staying connected to each other and our great Mother Earth.  During challenging times, I am sometimes drawn to either isolating or hibernating up on the hill.  And although it's beautiful here, I understand the value of friendships and getting out of my own head. Please check out opportunities below to make connections here at Camp Earth Connection.   It means the world to me!  Also, Linda's Featured Creature is back - check it out - I love this creature!

February can be a challenging month, with the limited sunshine and sometimes frigid temperatures.  But this morning I woke in my little cabin down at the camp, and the sun started shining through my window.  I thought of these song lyrics and went outside (in the frigid cold) and took this photo.

A HEALING HEARTS COMMUNITY DISH TO PASS GATHERING FOR WOMEN at the Mountain Queen Cabin
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 6pm
 
Women of all ages are welcome to attend this dish to pass gathering.  This is an opportunity to connect with other women, learn about Healing Hearts Retreats, and share good food and good conversation in a peaceful setting.  Please feel free to bring a friend.  Please RSVP if possible.

Healing Hearts Women's Winter Day  Retreat

The Healing Hearts Winter Day Retreat is at Camp Earth Connection on Saturday, February 25th from 9:30-4:30.   Registration is now open.  The day offers an opportunity to treat yourself to a "retreat" in a natural setting, heal from emotional or physical painful experiences, and begin or continue the process of moving forward on your vision for your life and community.

There is a variety of Camping Options to meet your needs.  Cabins w/electric, Rustic cabins, and Tent-sites are available.  Or if you are looking for something special to celebrate an anniversary, holiday or life in general, you may want to rent the beautiful Mountain Queen Cabin.
