THE MANY WAYS OF LOVE
Love can be shown and felt in so many ways. Take the opportunity to tell or show your love. Radiate a smile to a stranger. Give the Loving Vibrations to someone you know that is sick. Give cuddles to a kitten. Plant and water a flower. Tell others that you appreciate them. By expressing your love, love and harmonious feelings will return to you.

NATURE OPENS US TO LOVE
When we feel stuck and see no way to improve a situation, it is the perfect time to go out into nature and be inspired! Nature helps us to look up!
The good of Love is what lifts us from the darkness of the subconscious!
When we open our mind to Love, it helps change our selfish attitude! Slowly but surely we start to Love ourselves and understand what's best for ourselves and others!
When we feel the warmth of the Sun and smell the fresh air it opens our minds to new thinking. Then we can prove scientifically that Love is outside and inside of us!!!!

Transmitting Universal Energy
and Love to the World
It is not enough to sympathetically hope the world will heal. Though we like to think the human intellect can find a way, it is the human mind that holds us in the prison and causes us to have problems. So what can we do?
We can open to the tenderness of our heart and be a channel for Divine Love and Harmony, Universal Life Energy. We do not have to be fully enlightened beings to contact this power or to transmit it. We have been mentally conditioned and programmed to doubt, fear, and reject divine union with cosmic energy. Though we have forgotten our True Self and Source, we are made of Eternal Energy, the stuff of stars, and can readily contact and transmit it.

Inspiration: I was inspired while attending my oldest son’s wedding. I realized that our family circle was expanding to include my new daughter-in-law’s family. I could see how each family circle connects with other family circles. It is a vast web of connections throughout the world, joining us in one world family. With that realization of connection, I felt a strong feeling of Love for all.

Deep Union or Deep Division?
Many tell us we are deeply divided, we are suffering – they paint a bleak picture of life. We can choose to identify with that thought and ultimately make it our reality, or we can reject it and create a different one based on growth, understanding, law, and respect.
We are in a time of change, on a global level. It may seem unusual, but when are we not in a time of change? The seasons change, governments change, our bodies change. Change – evolution – is a constant. Real and lasting change happens within the individual first, and then spreads outward.
When we do not accept someone’s view, we should not simply ‘agree to disagree’, tolerate, or compromise. Rather, we should seek to find the origin of the disagreement, instead of simply reacting to the effects of it. We must challenge our most deeply held opinions and beliefs. Do they come from fear or unconditional Love? By doing this, with an attitude of compassion and love, we will build bridges of understanding with our fellow man. By doing this, we promote unity, harmony and Light.
