Apologies if it isn't your thing (there's been a little overkill in my inbox and social media accounts today) but it's February 14th and it's fun to have a theme.
I even baked up our family's favourite cake in the shape of a heart. It caused a bit of a stir. Lemon Polenta cake. Always a winner.

One question I get asked a lot in class is 'how do I breathe?' So I've finally got this all down in a blog post for you to read at your leisure. Huge apologies. I am doing my best to pin these down but Epping Golf club lady is still on honeymoon and I'm struggling with spas who want to have us. I'm not going to go somewhere that doesn't REALLY want us. I'm on the case.
