The Lowell Votes Youth Outreach Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, 2/13 is cancelled and will be rescheduled. Keep a lookout for a new date and time. If you want to be added to the committee email list please contact Felicia Sullivan at me@feliciasullivan.net.
For those who were not at the Youth Outreach breakout session during the first public meeting, Our short list of possible efforts included:
- Organize and advocate for Civics Day at Lowell High School with meetings with councils, city officials, and shadowing in various departments
- Create a Youth Commission to advise City on Policies and provide input
- Lowell Votes Youth Survey to solicit input on how youth want to be involved
