Westie Night | February 19th

This upcoming weekend will be our second event for the Fort Wayne West Coast Swing club!

On Sunday, February 19th, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM we will be meeting at the Fort Wayne Ballroom Company (located on Dupont) for another night of great lessons and dancing.

We will be hosting two lessons simultaneously at 3:00 PM: a Beginner lesson taught by Christopher Spalding and an Intermediate lesson taught by Kelly Bartlett.

We'll open the dance floor for 3 hours of dancing, dedicated entirely to West Coast Swing! We'll play a variety of music, so make sure to bring your suggestions with you!

For food, this event will be a "carry in," so if you are able to bring anything, let us know!

Community Recap | Westies Unite

Westies Unite had nearly 100 people show up from across 35+ cities in 3 different states to unite together for a night of amazing West Coast Swing lessons and dancing. You all came together to support the growth of a new community in the northern Indiana area and I'm grateful for all of you who have been a part of this movement in one way or another.

The first event was a surreal experience and I'm happy to find out how many people are interested in seeing Fort Wayne become a hotspot for West Coast Swing in the area.

This community truly wouldn't have even gotten to this point if it wasn't for all of your support.

This project is just as much for you as it is for me. While I'm excited to see the growth of WCS in the area, I'm just as excited to be a part of the community and want to do everything I can to help the people in it. Whether it's helping the Westie Movement thrive or helping you in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I love to hear back from all of you that have suggestions, feedback, or just want to chat. It's through feedback and open conversation that we'll be able to create a lasting, meaningful community.
