Synopsis
Trainer Jessica Dang from Soundway Learning Group will take you through speed reading and memory techniques refined and enhanced over the years. You will receive a workbook and a personalised reading speed profile, learn techniques like pre-read, skim & scan to help you read faster on digital devices, acquire 3 powerful memory, and 10 quick remember techniques!

Reading Workshop

Read me a story: Crafting professional reading aloud for serious story readers

Synopsis
Trainer Susan Amy will work with participants on vocal quality, using breathing and movement techniques. There will be reading practices such as vocal tone, clarity, pausing, emphasis, pronunciation, cadence and rhythm. At the end of the session, each participant will read aloud and receive feedback.

Storytelling Workshop

Synopsis
Storytelling is a non-threatening way for teenagers to learn life-skills and values, engaging both their hearts and minds. Professional storyteller and mindfulness practitioner, trainer and coach, Nandini Nagpal will conduct this experiential and interactive workshop designed especially for  teachers, storytellers and parents of pre-teens and teenagers. The stories used in this workshop will be on the themes of facing fear, kindness, empathy, being open minded, self-acceptance etc.
