Commanders, you may have noticed that the Situation Room is now available to build. This special structure is where you'll view your Alliance Rallies and donate troops.
In order to upgrade this structure, you'll need Classified Documents, an item which can be obtained by defeating Black Ops troops. You'll find these troops lurking on Dark Activity sectors across the World Map - but they only appear for limited times!.
This first Black Ops event will run for 52 hours and will end on Thursday February 16th at 5AM (UTC).
