Flow micro-regulators regulate speed within pneumatic cylinders. Type C micro-regulators are mounted on the cylinder inlet and type V are mounted on the valve inlet. These micro-regulators ensure full flow on feed and regulated flow on charge. Type B (bidirectional) can be used to regulate the flow on both feed and discharge.
The MRF Compact 'O' series (right) can be adjusted using a screwdriver, with fine adjustment in the first turns.
Adjustment of the Compact 'O' series can be prevented by applying a disposable cap (left) - these are supplied seperately.
The MRF Compact 'N' series can be adjusted using the knob or a screwdriver; adjustment can be prevented by tightening the ring nut.
Compact 'N' series micro-regulators have the same regulation curve as those in series 'O'.
All of our micro-regulators have reducded dimensions, provide excellent regulation and are available in all sizes from M5 to 1/2" with a brass or technopolymer ring. They have working temperature ranges from -10 to +70C (brass ring) or +50C (technopolymer) and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.
