Life is a journey, full of easy straight paths, then some hills to provide challenges, potholes that trip you up and thankfully many lovely downhills that flow smoothly.
My fitness has been on a journey and I feel that my journey can help so many women through my own discoveries and experience.
I am so passionate about helping mums regain their fitness and functionality with no quick fix promises.
I believe we need to promote self care both for our wellbeing and our fitness as a priority, with appropriate exercise programmes for your body.  We all know a stronger core is an inside job so let us help you get there.
