The Past is Here, Now
Drowning in a sea littered with:
- Racism
- Fear
- Hate
- Entitlement
- Separatism
- Blame games
- Greed
- Deception
- Cyberbullying
In the big picture (energetically) it really didn’t matter who became our president. We were going to have to face and appropriately deal with our own crap. Period. Right now, it doesn’t look like we are doing very well in the “face and appropriately deal” department.
The Past is Here, Now
Yep, that’s right.
Think back through the history of the United States. Pretty bloody. Lots of racism, entitlement, hate, anger, greed, deception, etc.
Oh, there are definitely wonderful, beautiful, creative times and events in the history of the United States, but those didn’t create the imbalances that now need to be faced, healed and released.
Wait…we’ve heard that before, right? Yes. We’ve been working long and hard on cleaning up our own personal pasts (including past lifetimes), followed by healing and releasing.
Now the land and its energy – known as the United States of America – is screaming to be healed. All the negative energies the human race has created against one another and has dumped into her land and water are surfacing and demanding to be healed and released.
It is demanding the humans (who were the species that dumped all of this be begin with) clean up the mess.
So how does one counter/heal the long history of the racism, anger, fear, entitlement, hate, separatism, greed, blame, and deceptive energies?
Love, acceptance of others, accepting responsibility for one’s own words, actions and deeds.
Non-violently standing up against oppression, suppression, subjugation, domination, inequality, injustice, etc.
Helping one another.
And understanding that each of our thoughts, attitudes and deeds are feeding energy. The question is, which energy will you feed? Negative and hateful or peaceful and harmonious?
We really did volunteer to come on Earth for this time, to help heal Mother Earth and her inhabitants…including us.
A Plot Twist
One of the most likely possible realities we were presented with (whether you consciously realize it or not) a few years back was the loss of the internet – aka the World Wide Web. But it was decided then that the positive, such as connections with others around the world, outweighed the negative. So we kept the net.
Now it’s really becoming a weapon used to feed the negativity – and to desensitize one from feeling or recognizing the harm they are doing.
Don’t get me wrong – I love having that internet connection! I have net-met some really wonderful people; reconnected with lost friends; and enjoyed the bantering and chatting.
But we’ve (the human race) taken bullying to new heights via Cyberbullying. Cyberbullying has become a disgustingly ugly norm on social media – and many don’t think that they are participating in Cyberbullying. They consider it “speaking their minds” or “speaking their truths”.
I posted a question, “Do you post or re-post something that you would NOT say to someone in person, face-to-face? If so, perhaps you should think before you post.”
Hiding behind a computer, tablet or phone when you post or re-post hateful words (aka energy); blaming others; feeding greed, separatism, entitlement, hate, fear, racism, etc. – does not exempt you from being held accountable energetically. These are still your thoughts and words (backed up by your energy) that are hurtful and are perpetuating disharmony.
Same, Same
I wrote that it didn’t matter what president got into office; their job remained the same energetically. They are our mirror and are to:
- To shake up the old (systems, energies, etc.) and remove it so that the new can be erected.
- To bring our negativity to light so that it can be healed and released.
It’s up to each one of us as to:
- How long this will take
- How ugly it will or will not be
- How painful or peaceful it will or will not be
Right now – due to our lack of accepting responsibility – it looks like it is going to be a long, bloody, angry journey.
But you can change it. Today. Now. You and me. Calling for a peaceful healing and release – through kind thoughts, words and actions.
We’ve excelled in proving our abilities to create negativity. Now let’s put all of that creative ability and energy into showing what we can do – together – on a massive scale – through our positive energy.

Energy Update, February 13, 2017
Energy Download Symptoms
With each energy surge (download or shift), our physical bodies experience changes – some are temporary, some are permanent.
Temporary
The temporary symptoms show up as we energetically and physically work on adjusting to and incorporating the new energies.
These can last anywhere from an instant, an hour or two, a week or a month. The time length can depend on such things as: what else you are energetically working on (to release and/or balance); how long it takes you and/or your programming to let the new energies incorporate; physical imbalances (injuries, chronic pain, addictions).
Symptoms can be cyclical. For example, last month’s energy download may have brought: anxiousness, sporadic waves of dizziness, sleeplessness, and/or feeling scattered.
While this month may have brought: body aches, exhaustion, food cravings, head or chest pressure, vivid dreams, etc. And next month may be totally different symptoms, or a mixed bag of symptoms.
This is why many energy Readers try to put out energy updates.
Permanent
The permanent changes are the result of the new energy/energies settling in and they often enhance you somehow.
It could show up, for example, as: A desire or need to have a cleaner diet; enhanced ability or abilities, clearer energy, making other healthy changes such as releasing toxic relationships, etc.
Energy Symptoms Now
Energy updates usually reflect the most prominent or most reported temporary energy symptoms.
Cravings
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Yes, for about a month for me. I have wanted my coconut sugar sweetened chocolate. Caffeine usually unpleasantly affects me, but I only had one incident during this chocolate craving for this energy update.
Then one day, without warning, the craving just vanished. No lingering desire. My body was done with it for now.
Protein and Live Clean Foods
Protein and clean live foods are being asked for. Protein to provide the boost or fuel needed to support the energy rise.
Clean live foods are to “feed” the new energy.
Enhanced Sense(s)
For me, my sense of smell was overwhelming. I could smell others emotions: fear, anxiety, excitement, stress, ill-intent, annoyance, etc.
And chemicals on everything.
But it can be any sense or senses that are/were temporarily boosted. And once we get a handle on the boost, it/they will usually fade back a bit. Most of us have the ability to consciously bring that back to the front if there is a need for the heightened sense.
If you’ve not tried that yet, I recommend experimenting.
Sleep
My body has wanted more sleep over the last few weeks, though I did have two nights of no sleep at all.
More sleep, like more protein, is often needed to help support the integration of the new energies.
Headache
This can especially be found in Energy Readers and Mediums.
I connected to do a read on, and communication with, a deceased person. I suddenly experienced a sharp pain in my head – like a drilling into my head.
I disconnected and tried again. Pain again.
I called on my team and asked for help. I was informed, “You’re trying too hard.”
Instead of reaching out for the connection, I gently opened myself to communicate and to “see”. Smooth and effortless.
Our old way of connecting are no longer necessary, nor recommended.
If you get a stabbing sensation (and it’s not health related), don’t try so hard; allow.
Manifestation Quickens
We’ve had our “practice time” – now we step into faster manifestation of what our thoughts contain – for better or worse.

25 Strange “Symptoms” People Are Experiencing Worldwide

Many people from all walks of life have been reaching out to me with questions and complaints about strange “symptoms” they’ve been experiencing on and off, sometimes feeling like they are “losing their minds”. The “symptoms” usually go on for a couple of weeks at a time and then subside, re-occurring again in correlation with cosmic and solar activity and people’s individual readiness to move to the next level.
Below is the list of “symptoms” I myself and majority of my friends and clients have been and are presently experiencing, many reporting exact same phenomenon.
1. Sugar/chocolate cravings
Personally I hardly ever get these as I do not have much of a sweet tooth, it was rather odd to have such nearly overpowering “need” for chocolate and sweets that came and went in waves.
2. Unfamiliar eating patterns
Loss of appetite, sudden quickly passing cravings and inability to figure out what you want to eat. Cravings for lighter high-vibrational raw foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, being turned off by the smell and even the thought of any meat and fish products. I am not a vegetarian and I normally know exactly what it is I want to eat, so experiencing this was rather strange.
3. Weird sleep patterns, strong need for extra sleep and naps
Passing out and waking up at strange hours, needing extra-long sleep time, needing naps, none of which I usually do.
4. Pressure, pain, swirling and drilling sensations around solar plexus area
5. Pressure, swirling and drilling sensations around the head
Especially around the third eye and on top of the brain underneath the scull, as if something is working directly on the brain, all of the above resulting in headaches.
6. Headaches
Headaches occurring after the “drilling” sensations and passing when I drop resistance and meditate on embracing and integrating the upgrades
7. Hearing strange sounds
People are reporting hearing the same kind of buzzing “metallic/mechanical” yet somehow really pleasant “otherworldly” sounds and also a hum that reminds them of “sounds of the spheres”.
8. Heightened sensitivity and awareness of everything around
Remember that movie “Lucy”? Something between 20% and 28%
9. Intensified senses, especially the sense of smell
My sense of smell became so strong during night time hours that all of a sudden with my eyes closed I can smell every object in my room
10. Technology malfunctions when you come near it or touch it
Lights flickering, Internet going out, cell phone shutting down or dropping calls, computer crashing, etc. My cell phone showed time as “3:11AM Jan 6” when it was 8:11AM March 16.
11. Awareness of the waves that technology produces
I normally don’t feel those so clearly, but one night I forgot to turn off my cell phone and when I woke up to do my meditation, although I wasn’t consciously aware of my phone being on, I vividly felt the waves in the room and their interference with my entering meditative state.
12. Being out of focus as if being inside a movie, especially during motion
Sensation like being inside a movie and watching the road and everything around you “on screen” while walking or driving
13. Body out of coordination, loss of balance
Normally I’m pretty well-coordinated, been tripping over everything during that time
14. Quickly passing constant waves of intense conflicting and overlapping emotions
Do I want to laugh, cry, jump with joy or be upset about something all at the same time all day long?! And what is it I am actually feeling anyway?! This one has been especially uncomfortable for people.
15. Enhanced ADD-like symptoms
Officially I don’t have ADD but for about a week it felt like I did. This translated into inability to focus on one subject, an avalanche of thoughts flooding my mind all at the same time, pulling my attention in a million different directions all at once.
16. Interruption of the flow
Inability to focus or decide on what you want to do. Normally I know EXACTLY what I want to do and what feels right at every given moment. In this case it’s like your inner “GPS” is confused.
17. Strange, unfamiliar sensations in the body
Body becoming aware of something it didn’t know nor felt before. I’m still translating this one.
18. Extra-fast healing of the body
Cuts, bruises, allergies, hives, etc. – all disappearing at incredible speed. What used to take a week to heal now takes about a day, bruises fading away almost instantly, cuts closing up, cold symptoms barely-noticeable and passing in a day or two.
19. Sudden waves of chills, goose-bumps
20. Heightened synchronicities
21. Instant manifesting of thoughts into “reality”
It is being shown to us that now more than ever before the Universe is listening to every word we are saying, every emotion we are experiencing, and turning all of it into near-instant manifestations. The stories of manifestations – both “good” and “bad” – I hear from my clients and friends and am observing in my own life are really “out there” at this time.
22. Intensified visuals in meditations
My meditative practice has become exceptionally rich with visuals, presence and multidimensional awareness.
23. Time lapses and dilation, loss of sense of time
Being able to observe “in real life” how flexible time really is.
24. Unmistakable awareness and “symptoms” of shifting timelines
This is a really “out there” one, so I’d save it for another article.
25. Re-evaluation of your individual truth
We are in the time when everything that is out of alignment with our true selves is coming up for review so powerfully it can no longer be ignored. Many people are releasing their Karmic and emotional agreements, re-evaluating their beliefs and their choices in relationships, jobs, lives and moving out of what no longer serves them in this incarnation and in this NOW.
This is what I have gathered from people around me and have been experiencing myself. Having one or two or just a few of these symptoms can be easy on the system and might even go unnoticed, but if you are simultaneously experiencing all of the above (and possibly more) it sure could get overwhelming. Take a deep breath and remember that you are not going crazy and that you definitely are not alone in this!!!
Powerful energetic adjustments we are going through collectively as a species are triggering “strange” symptoms: your physical form, your every cell doing its best to cope with and to receive the upgrades, that’s all!
Stay calm and curious, remain positive and also excited! Meditate to embrace the new energy and in your everyday life look for “proof” of your new “paranormal” abilities. Drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, eat light high-vibrational foods, do not overeat, ground, exercise, do yoga, swim, sit with the fire, sunbathe and sungaze, rest and be kind to yourself! This phase is a part of our planet’s (and thus our own) evolution and lots of positive changes are on the way! It will pass leaving you with new abilities, expanded awareness and lots of other amazing multidimensional gifts! Rejoice!!!

Received an ARC for an honest review.
I was hesitant to read The Little Book Black Book of Suicide Notes at first. Why? Not only because of the taboo society has placed on suicide, but also my daughter had committed suicide.
Curiosity won out. I read it and am glad I did.
The Little Black Book of Suicide Notes is semi-fictional, the first in a trilogy, and multi-layered. Yes, it is a book about one thinking of suicide, but it isn’t as simple as that. It provides glimpses into the thoughts, feelings – in some instances, inability to feel – and observations on life, with touches of humor interwoven.
It’s a book that shows the possible inner sanctum behind the functioning societal-imposed facade of one contemplating suicide.
It’s about the hypocrisy that surrounds us and, through these musings, shows us how it might lend to hopelessness.
And, as odd as it may sound, I found the sense of raw honesty contained within its pages to be captivating, refreshing, thought-provoking, and yes, uplifting and inspirational.

Peeking Through the Haze
I watch.
Okay, that sounded a bit creepy; let me try that again.
I watch what’s put out on social media – videos, photos, words and posters.
I watch people around town; what they say, feel, do and project.
I watch people’s responses.
I watch the energy included (or embedded) in each post, response, etc.
If something is not of love, it is fear. Period.
Fear
So many are filled with fear.
Fear is not all bad; it’s for survival. Without fear, humans wouldn’t have made it this far.
Fear of no safe water or food for all life can spur us into action.
Fear of losing control over the masses can spur others into action.
What can make fear dangerous is what one does with it.
Many are very focused on fear – their own fear or what they’ve borrowed from others.
However, this is still a planet of duality; there are two sides to every coin.
Some of these posts or stories are filled with compassion, inspiration, motivation, and/or are heart-warming. Also known as love.
These posts, stories, and/or responses have such warm, loving, hopeful, energy behind them. Their energies are calmer, gentler and quieter.
My team – and others teams – have recommended for each of us to “find the answers within the silence.” In other words, quiet self, go within and find what you are seeking.
When all you are hearing, feeling, seeing, etc. is fear, hatred, warring, you are allowing it to drown out the quiet within.
Even when I post an article highlighting the most likely path (at that moment) that we (humans) have chosen, there is ALWAYS support, light and love along even the most difficult paths.
It is quiet, shining brightly and wending its way around – and sometimes through – all the fear being projected.
It is supporting us and gently offering guidance (which, due to our free will, we are free to ignore).
Gentle, loving moments peeking through the haze – grabbing our attention, even for a moment. A flower, a song, a smile, a kind word, and inspirational post.
Step Back
I ask each of you to – at least once a day – take some time to step back from fear in all of its forms (chaos, hate, anger, greed, etc.), take a deep breath, release it slowly and seek that loving moment peeking through the haze.
Energy right now is asking us – individually and collectively:
- What are we creating for our tomorrow? Is it of fear/discord or of love/harmony?
- Are we ready to let go of the past, which we’ve drug around from lifetime to lifetime – and step into the future (tomorrow) unfettered?
- Are we willing to release the fear and boldly step into the love energy?
Please Remember
Our support is always there for us – always available. Sometimes we just need to step back from the fear to hear, see, and/or feel it.

15 Things You’ll Notice When You’re In The Presence of an Empath

“As much as we notice, consciously or subconsciously, there are some things you’ll notice about us too.”
I remember an instance when I rang the cable company to ask about upgrading my service. After some time had passed, the man I was speaking to had basically poured his heart out about his wife’s battle with cancer. I never found the information I was looking for, but it wasn’t that important any longer. I had given someone comfort and reassurance- even if they had no idea why they felt the need to tell me this stuff in the first place.

A very similar situation happened when I was out at a restaurant with my niece. I ordered my drink and the next thing I knew, our waiter was asking me how to handle leaving their spouse. There are countless stories like this for me, but I want to know how many you have.
Marshall Rosenberg, author of Non-Violent Communication, defines empathy as this:
“In empathy, you don’t speak at all. You speak with the eyes. You speak with the body. If you say any words at all, it’s because you are not sure you are with the person. So you may say some words. But the words are not empathy. Empathy is when the other person feels the connection to with what’s alive in you.”
With empaths, as much as we notice, consciously or subconsciously, you’ll notice a few things about us too.
15 Things You’ll Notice When You’re Around an Empath
1. We are accused of being “too sensitive” or “too emotional.”
Empaths are not “too” anything. They feel things deeply- both positive and negative. They are in touch with their emotions, and yours. Though it might be harder for an empath to operate in a world designed for less-sensitive people, being an empath has several positive aspects.
2. We can’t stand being lied to.
All it takes is a simple glance in your direction to know you are lying to us. A lot of people don’t realize this, but being lied to really sucks for an empath. We feel it ooze into every aspect of the relationship…and it usually ends them.
3. Negative media images directly affect us.
It’s hard, almost impossible, for an empath to “unfeel” something. We avoid the news, and if we see something upsetting, our emotions are a mess for quite a while. Imagine feeling overwhelming sadness and suffering every single time you saw something violent or upsetting on the news. That’s what it is like for us.
4. Crowded places overwhelm us.
Empaths exist in all personality types, including introvert and extrovert, but even the outgoing ones are easily overwhelmed in crowds. The sheer force of energies and feelings you absorb is exhausting. You might like going to concerts and sporting events, but once there, you can’t wait to leave.
5. We love to heal.
Empaths want what is best for you and your wellbeing. Of course, as with all of our advice, it is only helpful if you actually implement it in your life.
6. We are sensitive to stimulants and medications.
Coffee, certain teas, energy drinks, soda- anything with caffeine makes us more anxious and agitated than the rest of the world. And, when it comes to medications, we try to avoid them as much as possible because of the myriad of side effects we experience.
7. We can only be us.
As far as honest people go, empaths are the truest friends you could ask for. We know who we are and we embrace it fully. It’s other people who seem to have an issue with our sensitive nature and honest attitude.
8. We experience what you are experiencing.
If someone we are close to is ill, depressed, or agitated, we display those same symptoms. We are so connected to what you are going through, that we go through it with you.
9. We don’t like animals, we LOVE animals.
Empaths don’t have pets, we have family members. When we see an animal in the wild, we see a soul…perfect and pure. We talk to them in various ways just as you would your best friend, and guess what…they talk back.
10. Tired, exhausted, and fatigued is normal for us.
Because we absorb so much from others, we don’t just deal with our own emotional and mental drains, we deal with everybody’s.
11. If we give advice, take it. If we take the time to listen to your dilemma, and give you heartfelt advice, just listen to it. We know what we are talking about and if you ask for our advice and ignore it, well, let’s just say it kinda annoys us to no end.
12. We are easily distracted.
Perhaps it is due to our heightened sensitivity to everything around us, but empaths are easily distracted and tend to lose focus. It’s not a bad thing, we are simply enjoying all the small things you might not notice.
13. We can’t stand narcissism.
If you are head over heels in love with your reflection, your money, and your ego- just stay away. We really can’t roll our eyes any harder.
14. Certain sounds really bother us.
But it’s not just sounds. Certain textures, fabrics, bright lights and loud noises can really get to us. The polar opposite is true as well. Soft sounds, gentle caresses, and delicate tastes are also highly noticed, but in a pleasant way.
15. We are great listeners.
It’s true. You can tell us anything and everything about your life and we will listen. We will take that journey with you and experience all the highs and lows contained within. And what’s even better, is that we hold no judgement over what you tell us. We are there to help you, not to hurt you.
