Women can still register for our May 5th, Sept 8th, or Nov 17th Weekends in Santa Barbara, Tucson, and Santa Rosa or apply to staff, or for a scholarship.  REGISTRATION OPEN FOR OUR MAY WEEKEND IN SANTA BARBARA: perhaps you - or a woman you know - have come to a crossroads in life. Perhaps you want to deepen your self-awareness and growth, and leave the baggage of the past behind.  APPLY TO STAFF BY FEB 24th: have you already attended the Woman Within Weekend? Would you like to volunteer, grow, and reconnect? Join us as staff! Send in your staffing application for the Santa Barbara Weekend in May by March 5th. Preference is given to the first to apply and those who have friends or family attending. Women of all background and experience are needed. Staff Training is required. Staff selection occurs 60 days prior to each Weekend. Apply to staff here.

 ANNOUNCING 2017 ROSE AWARD NOMINEES! Recently, members of the Western USA community nominated four outstanding women to receive the Rose Award, Woman Within's highest honor. Our nominees are Lia Barrad, Ania Mieszkowska, Brittany Murlas, and Laureen Agee Clark. Lia worked tirelessly in 2015-16 to help launch our new website. Ania and Brittany touched the lives of many women by hosting workshops and forming new Woman Within Circles. Laureen also supported women in her community by offering them a circle experience. Although only one nominee will be selected to receive the award, each of these dedicated women is worthy of the recognition. Look for our announcement of the next Rose Award recipient from our region in March.

 HONORING CEREMONY FOR JULIAN WEEKEND GRADS: join our Women Within Western USA community in a warm and loving celebration of the women who completed the Woman Within Weekend in February. Participants from previous weekends who have not yet been honored may also take part in the ceremony. Friends, partners, spouses, and children are encouraged to attend. Everyone is invited! That includes members of the Woman Within and the ManKind Project communities and their guests.

 JUDY RUDIN IN THE NEWS AND IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Judy's board position with WWI is now Director at Large in Charge of Enrollment. This means she's the WWI resource for Open Circles. She has a ton of material to share and individualized help to offer. Since she began this initiative a few months ago, open circles started in all Woman Within regions worldwide. The efforts are really paying off. We'd like to see this happen for all our Weekends, and she can help! Contact Judy to learn more.

 DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT NEEDED: our team of strong, vibrant Directors is missing a key player. Join us by applying for our last remaining open position, Director of Development.  STAFF TRAINING Santa Barbara area (Carpinteria) April 22: once you've completed your Weekend and Staff Training, you can staff and support other women on their Weekend journey of self-discovery. First-timers who have applied to staff: this training is for you and is REQUIRED in order to staff!  WHOLENESS WORKSHOP SEPT 27 - OCT 1, 2017: Woman Within International is presenting the Wholeness Workshop in Julian (near San Diego) from September 27 to October 1, 2017. Attend this inspiring and meaningful workshop to get a deeper understanding of the nine basic archetypes that make us who we are. This knowledge is key to reaching your full potential. Wholeness is for Weekend graduates and is led by Woman Within Weekend Leaders, Facilitators, and Facilitators-in-Training. This workshop is required if you would like to enter the Woman Within Facilitation Track. Find more information and register to reserve your spot!

 CIRCLE TRAINING Los Angeles Area Apr 1-2, Humboldt April 22-23, Pacific Northwest May 20-21, Central Coast June 24-25, and Phoenix Oct 14-15: Do you want to join an existing WW Circle? Are you part of a group starting a new Circle? The Woman Within Circle Training provides the tools you need to create a safe, confidential, cohesive group. You'll learn to support each woman's path towards empowerment without judgement, advice, or storytelling. This is a great first step into Woman Within and a limited number of scholarships are available. The two-day, non-residential workshop is open to all women over 18.
