Hello Lazies.
The New York Knicks head coach, Jeff Hornacek, knew there would be off-court issues when accepting the job back in June 2016. He wasn't blind to realize that the Knicks kept making headlines for all of the wrong reasons, but from the coach himself, "It's been something all year.”
Their superstar Carmelo Anthony, has been in trade rumors all month, from Phil Jackson (the boss) making moves in getting Anthony to waive his no-trade clause. Adding to this, on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden, Charles Oakley a former Knicks player would be arrested and charged with three misdemeanor assault charges and one trespassing charge for striking MSG security.
In between now and then, you can be sure that there will be more wrinkles to this story and more evidence to support the theory that there's dysfunction in the square.
Catch you Monday.
