The Final Week Has Arrived.
It's the last week of Brain Chase, and it's hard to believe the adventure is drawing to a close. We've been blown away by the volume of energy points, writing journal entries, cooking photographs, and other submissions that have been pouring in, and we couldn't be more proud of our participants. A few thoughts as we race to the finish line:
- Finishing Strong - You've each agreed in the User Covenant to put forth your best effort to complete the program, and we hope you'll honor that. We're leaving the Student Dashboards open for an additional two weeks following Week 6 just to give you the chance to finish. Remember, everyone who completes the program will receive a completion certificate and Mask of Tomoe Gozen patch in the mail.
- Putting it All Together - Once you complete your work for Week 6 and unlock the final video, all of the clues necessary to pinpoint the buried mask will be out in the open. Finding clues, but not able to piece everything together? Be sure to check out the tips on this page. You'd also be wise to visit the Brain Chase Blog and read about the solutions to several of our past treasure hunts.
- Winning - The first student to register a guess within a 2 mile radius of the treasure's actual location will win it all, provided they've also completed the program. It would be a shame if someone guessed correctly, but then fell behind with the challenges! If the treasure remains unclaimed at the end of Week 6, we'll begin releasing daily clues until the treasure is found. Stay tuned.
- Wrapping Things Up - Please take a moment to fill out our completion survey, and see below for information about our upcoming summer programs.
We'd love to hear from you with any questions. In the meantime, we'll be watching the maps very closely. Good luck adventurers, and finish strong!
Best,
Allan
