Today's Geli Plate Project:
Just a sample of the variety of monoprint pulls you will be creating at today's meeting!!!!  As I've said, this process is very addicting and you might even forget about the time and what day it is!!!

Want to see more samples?!?

You are gonna love this!!!  I made all of these cards with only 6 sheets of cardstock measuring 5-1/2 x 8-1/2.  I can't wait to show you how this was done!!!  These cards aren't finished, but you can just imagine what ephemera, stamping and decorative bits will go over these beautiful backgrounds.

2017 Easel Calendar - March

As the next month nears, I feel compelled to design the upcoming March calendar!  So feel good that I will be posting monthly calendars for the rest of 2017!!!  Have you purchased your 4x6 acrylic photo frame yet?  BTW, I have extra 2017 calendars if you are interested.  Email me.

FUN STAMPERS JOURNEY FUN!

Apparently, I've created my own weekly feature!
This week's card was my sample card kit for Sherry's CAS Club.  The theme was make it green, masculine and use ribbon in a creative way. Hope I met the criteria!  There is a kickin' trick I created with a FSJ embossing folder.  Click HERE for the tutorial.

WATERCOLOR PRACTICE

I had an opportunity to live in my craft room recently while my husband was away.  Being in my happy place for four days refilled and rejuvenated all of my creative vessels!  I become 'off' if I don't make creative time...kinda like the same feeling I have wanting winter to end!
This painting inspiration is from Pinterest and was pinned to my watercolor board.  I fell in love with its happy colors!  I will restate that I'm familiar with copyright rules.  My pieces are either hanging in my house or given as gifts to relatives.

A Second Watercolor

While my husband was watching the SU game last week, I was upstairs in my craft room painting another floral and this time, it was not using a reference of anything other than a Youtube tutorial by Jay Lee about painting simple flowers flowers.  Click the link on my photo.
I had this crazy, free moment when I took my spritz bottle and just started spraying!  I loved what was happening!  The photo below isof Part 1 after the first spritzing and watery rivelets.  I felt it needed more depth and you can see the difference between the two stages once I painted darker stems, leaves and then splattered the heck out of it!  Can't wait to get it framed at Hobby Lobby.
Now it's time for you to create something!

Have a pleasant week!

xoxo
