Alderman Roddy, Park Central Development and Unify Grove Development are hosting a public forum Monday, March 13 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Adam’s Park Community Center (4317 Vista Ave).  The developer will discuss the market-rate portion of the Adam Grove project.  The new homes and apartments will be on the 4400 blocks of Vista, Norfolk, and Swan in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood.

TIFFANY NEIGHBORHOOD FORMS COMMITTEES
Park Central Development is helping to facilitate three new committees for the Tiffany Neighborhood.  The committees are part of the 2016 Tiffany Neighborhood Action Plan.  The new development committee held its first meeting on Thursday, February 23 to discuss the redevelopment of the BP Gas Station at 1551 S. Grand Blvd.  In addition, a Social and Human Services along with a Special Events and Safety Committee are being established.  These committees are comprised of volunteers who either live, work, or own property within the Tiffany Neighborhood boundaries.  To view the action plan draft or for more information about the committees, click here.  If you or someone you know are interested in serving on a committee, contact Linda Nguyen at linda@pcd-stl.org or 314.535.5311.

BEVO AND EUCLID COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ISSUE RFPs
Two Community Improvement Districts (CIDs) that Park Central Development coordinates have issued Requests For Proposals (RFPs) to work with the community to develop logos and branding.  The branding may be used across social media platforms, websites, and signage for the individual districts.  Both RFPs are available here.

100 N. KINGSHIGHWAY UPDATE
On February 6, Alderman Roddy, Park Central Development, and Mac Properties hosted the second public forum on the 36-story highrise development at 100 N. Kingshighway.  At the second forum, Mac Properties presented their plans regarding exterior lighting, sidewalks, bike parking, alley safety, glass reflection findings, and the garage's loading and unloading plan.  The Central West End-Midtown Development Committee felt that the developers adequately addressed the public's concerns and voted to support the proposal at their meeting on February 7.  Construction on the building should begin before the end of the year.
