2017 Marketing Tip #8: Customer Treats

The little things...
 
This week I did something really small, with a big potential.  I like to send presents to
different customers each month, just a quick thank you for being our customers.  I do this for both AquaReale and as the Marketing Director of Premier Ponds. We pick a special person or two each month.  It can be a great current customer or someone we worked with in the past. 

I tend to send fruit flowers-- it's a little bit of the outdoors and yummy, healthy food too. Plus a little bit of chocolate.  I go for the $49.99 "Thank You"  bouquet from Edible Arrangements.    You can deliver or send whatever-- it's the thought that counts.  Hand delivered items are great, but I know time-wise for us it's unrealistic. 

The treats are always well appreciated and show that we are willing to go that extra step.   Doing something small like this might just be that little extra someone needs to keep your company at the top of their list next time someone asks that customer for a referral or when they’re ready to get more work done themselves Who can you make happy this week?
