SCIENCE FAIR JUDGES ARE NEEDED!
Our science fair will be on March 16th this year, and we are in need of about 30 judges who will work together in teams of 2 to evaluate and provide feedback to students who submit their projects for judging. The day would consist of a short training session, judging about 15 student projects based on already established criteria, a delicious lunch, and the opportunity to participate in the awards ceremony in the evening if you would like.
If you are available to help and willing to spend a day working with students, please email Mr. Hoel at hoel_stephen@svvsd.org. Please feel free to share this with others whom you think might be interested. We anticipate having about 200 projects to judge, so the more the merrier!! VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!
We also need several volunteers to assist the judges. These fine folks will focus on making the judges' day as easy as possible. They will help a bit with set up, escort judges around the building, and make sure students are at their projects and ready to present when the judges are ready for them.
