Election 2017--Articles of Incorporation
On this year's ballot, members are asked to approve a restatement of the Articles of Incorporation. As GVR Board President Joe Gunton stated in his letter to the members: "Recently, as part of routine organizational housekeeping, the board engaged an attorney to review GVR’s governing documents. Our goal was to ensure that our various governing documents all agree with each other and are compliant with current Arizona nonprofit law. The amendments proposed to the Articles of Incorporation bring the document current but do not make substantive changes to GVR’s governance, operations or mission." To review the changes in detail, click HERE.
Upcoming Governance Meetings
Please plan to attend the GVR Board meeting: Tuesday, February 28, 1:30pm at West Center.
