Come early this Sunday for "The Breakfast Club" Bible study class for adults. The Breakfast Club will start at 9:15 a.m. and will be taught by Ken Watson. (Please arrive at 9 a.m. to help set up.) There will be coffee and snacks to enjoy while we learn.
The class will focus on learning more about the Old Testament, and will begin with a deeper look at the book of Ezekiel. "One of the objectives of this class is to see why the Old Testament is important," Ken said. "You can’t look at the Old Testament and say that God is a tyrant and then, in the New Testament when Jesus came along, think that God is nice. Did God change? What can we learn about God’s character in the Old Testament that informs our understanding of the New Testament?"
We're looking forward to finding out! The Breakfast Club will take place on the last Sunday of every month.

The McGinnis family is moving this Saturday at 9 am, and needs assistance in this. Please plan to go and help, if you can.
There will be a devotional for the women and children at the Friendship Mission homeless shelter in Montgomery on Saturday at 2 PM. Everyone, especially women, are welcome to come and encourage the residents of the shelter.
For the Auburn group, next week's midweek will be Hospitality Week. Plan to have friends over for dinner, or to go out with someone. The emphasis on this should be on building relationships with non-Christians. It can also be used as a time to strengthen Christian relationships.
