Taller Fertilidad Consciente
En CWHC estamos encantadxs de comenzar a ofrecer talleres en español. Únete a lxs educadorxs de la salud de CWHC para discutir cómo conectar con tu cuerpo para un mejor entendimiento de la menstruación y la fertilidad.
Este taller te ayudará a:
- Aprender sobre tu ciclo menstrual y sus etapas más fertiles
- Conectar con tus ciclos, lo cual te ayuda a predecir eventos desde tu sangrado mensual, embarazo, hasta la menopausia.
- Entender diferencias en tu secreción cervical para detectar etapas más fertiles o posibles infecciones
- Sentirte en más control cuando visitas a tu proveedxr de salud
Ven a este taller, independientemente de tu (o no) relación con tu etapa de la fertilidad. Este taller está abierto a cualquier, y todos los cuerpos e identidades. ¡Apodérate en tu cuerpo a través del aprendizaje!

Los Talleres de Fertilidad Consciente se ofrecen en una escala ajustada a ingresos, desde $100 - $25 por persona. No se rechaza a nadie en base a su capacidad de pago.

Community Care Night
Join the Chicago Healing Justice Network at CWHC for Community Care Night on Friday, March 10th. Activists, organizers, service providers, or anyone needing self care are invited to stop by from 6-8pm for an evening of free, drop-in healing.
Reiki, NADA ear acupuncture, counseling with a nurse or social worker, and other services will be available.
Please arrive early as slots tend to fill up and visit the event's facebook page for more information.

International Women's Day
March 8th is International Women's Day, a day to celebrate the cultural, social, political, and economic achievements of women around the world.
CWHC hopes to share on its social media the actions and events of different communities to commemorate International Women's Day, including the general strike being called for in the United States, Latin America, and other places in the world to raise awareness of continuing gender disparities. There will also be film screenings, food crawls featuring restaurants owned by women, and more. Visit our Facebook page as we highlight ways of recognizing and celebrating International Women's Day.
