Amy Busch, Keller Williams Realtor, being welcomed to the Chamber by Ambassador Parveen Tumber, with Tumber Law Firm.
Amy and her husband have called West Sacramento home for a quite some time. The two of them are raising their son and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their newest baby this Spring. Because of her love of this community; Amy has decided to focus her real estate practice here in West Sacramento. Unique to Amy, she specializes on both homes and horse properties in the greater Sacramento area.

City of West Sacramento Public Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to present information on the proposed voluntary in-lieu development fee, including the supporting nexus study and Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR), in order to obtain input from the community for consideration by the West Sacramento City Council. The City of West Sacramento encourages interested parties to attend the public meeting and comment on the voluntary in-lieu fee program being discussed.

PG&E to install EV charging stations throughout Northern and Central California

A new EV Charge Network was recently approved by the California Public Utilities Commission. The network will significantly expand access to EV charging stations throughout Northern and Central California over the next three years. By supporting adoption of EVs, the program extends efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the state.  Up to 7,500 EV charging stations will be installed at apartment, condominium complexes and workplaces. Spaces will be limited, so join the interest list today.

This voting meeting will feature a brief staff presentation on implementation of the area code overlay for the 916 region that was recently approved by the CPUC.

The Voting Meeting begins with public comment and members of the West Sacramento community are encouraged to attend. Those intending to make public comment can sign-up to speak in person before the meeting starts or sign-up online in advance
