As the young athletes get older many are now wanting to establish themselves into a preferred Freestyle / Freeski Discipline.
The club will always recommend training in all Freestyle Skiing disciplines to create an all round top level skier hence a stronger skilled skier in one discipline i.e. Russ Henshaw recommends mogul skiing for Slopestyle training, Ted Ligerty a top USA ski racer recommends Free Ski as much as possible to create a better athlete in their chosen skiing sport. These ski sessions have been designed and created for the focused young athlete of an advanced level.
The individual discipline sessions requires a highly experienced coach, and one of our top coaches will be designated to each Skiing Discipline for the season.
These consecutive weekly 3 hour sessions will include:
- Slopestyle
- Moguls
- Big Mountain
For more information please go to the MHFS website and/ or contact Martin 0412 369 694 or Jane 0413 997 309.
