Basic Assist:
Email support will be available with a 1 business day turn-around. Continue to email support@anigo.com.au
Premium Assist:
Telephone support will be available with a 1 business day turn-around.
Please call 03 9548 9114 and leave a message including your telephone number, and you will be called back as soon as possible. Alternatively send an email to support@anigo.com.au and you will get a phone call back.
Mobileezy8 Subscriptions:
The subscription service will continue unchanged.
Licences:
Licence sales will continue. Orders should be sent to sales@anigo.com.au.
Hardware:
We no longer sell hardware. Please view our preferred suppliers and hardware page for recommendations.
Consumables:
We no longer sell consumables. Please view our preferred suppliers page for recommendations.
Rental library:
No longer available.
On-demand Support:
No longer available.
What this means for you
The service you are currently receiving will change as described above. There will be no change to the existing billing arrangements.
If you would like to reduce your level of support from Premium to Basic Assist, or to discontinue the service please inform us in writing by email to sales@anigo.com.au.
