NZOIA hits South Korea!

Chadwick International School in Incheon, South Korea has successfully put 7 staff through a Climbing Wall Supervisor Qualification!  The operator spent considerable time investigating options for external validation of their staff competency and selected NZOIA for our flexibility around training and assessment and for our approach to revalidation.  He was impressed with our assessment methodology and believes there are a number of International Schools in Asia who also require staff to be qualified for running their indoor climbing walls.  Chadwick also runs an in-house outdoor education program, and is always looking for qualified instructors for their trips.  Connect with them through Facebook at www.facebook.com/chadwickinternationaloe

FAQ

Q: Can we host the 2018 Symposium?

A: Expressions of interest are now being taken for the those organisations interested in helping us host the 2018 Symposium somewhere in the North Island!

Hosting the Symposium is a great opportunity to show case your centre to others in the industry. Two of your staff will be able to attend the Symposium free of charge, but will be required to assist in the running of the Symposium.  We can also provide 50% off for up to 8 of your staff to attend. Hosting could be a good chance to recruit new staff! It’s also a great way to support the outdoor industry and professional development of those working in the sector. For more information and to download the expression of interest form, please see our website
