Wednesdays 9:30am - 11:30am
Middle Keys Tour of Homes Schedule The 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every Month Marathon - 7 Mile Bridge: (MM 40-55)
The 3rd Wednesday of every month
Fat Key - Long Key: (MM 55-70)
Lower Keys Tour of Homes Schedule 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the Month
Big Pine, Torches & Ramrod Key: (MM 26 – 32)
2nd & 4th Wednesday of the Month
Summerland, Cudjoe, Sugarloaf & Saddlebunch: (MM 15 – 26)
On Months with 5 Wednesdays, their is no Tour of Homes on the 5th Wednesday.
For better results schedule your Tour of Homes (weeks or months) in advance:
To add your property to this or future Middle or Lower Keys Tour of Homes perform the following in Flex under the daily functions tab:
Click "Tour/Open Houses".
Bottom of the page select "Add/Edit Tour of Homes" (NOT Open Houses).
Add your MLS #.
Add the date for the Tour of Homes (Please use schedule above).
Add the start time (9:30am and end time 11:30am or later).
Add any comments you'd like.
Click "Next" and you're done!
For Free Advertising also, read below to add to "Open House"
Follow the same instructions above under daily functions tab and choose Add/Edit "Open House" in addition to "Tour of Homes" to feed the Open House to the IDX partners such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. for the public to see and hopefully bring buyers to your open house. Free Advertising!!!
In light of issues and conflicts the Lower Keys Caravan will be returning to the Tour of Homes format like Marathon.
The Middle and Lower Keys will both be on the Tour of Homes (not Caravan) format from now on. For Middle and Lower Keys you will input your listings to the Tour of Homes directly in Flex following the directions below.
This now allows you to plan and schedule properties as far in advance as you like for better results and to check and view what is scheduled at anytime by clicking the link below, on our webpage or the Flex Dashboard. When scheduling please ensure the area of your property is available for that Wednesday by checking the schedule below or on your Flex Dashboard. The Tour of Homes link will automatically update with new listings, so please add yours!
