Hi Everyone,

The skies will open up at the Farm next week and the PB lines will get a well deserved drink of the finest rain water. After an extensive month of heat the farm dam will get its boots filled and gear us up for the next month to hydrate our produce.

The chief, Tony Mann will be back on the stand from Monday after a well deserved break. Pop in and say G'Day and have a catch up. He has some new jokes that he would love to share with our wonderful customers.

JRM’s Charity Wine Dinner At The Urban Winery

We are proud to of support top chef James Metcalfe at last weeks charity dinner. Raising money for the OzHarvest #ceocookoff • A great turn out, vibe and use of our Petite Bouche Red & Green Cos as a canapé. Mini #caesar salads. Beautiful work chef and that wine to match from Urban Winery Sydney was knockout. A massive thanks to Sydney Direct Fresh Produce for getting us involved and all the other awesome primary producers that donated.

Golden and Target Beetroots are in good supply.
Mixed and meatball radish are in low supply.

Edible flower Summary

Flowers are still low and struggling. We will keep you informed as soon as we have an increase in growth.

Micro Herbs

We have extensive range of Micro Herbs. Available in mix boxes of 12, individual pots and pre cut punnet's.

EXPORT FRESH SALADS

We have a consistent level of the wild rocket, baby spinach and mesclun.
